About This Room

Shared Space, Private Comfort

Each bed space is a two-person room with two separate beds. You and your roommate each have your own bed and storage, with shared use of the table, chair, and bathroom facilities.

Air conditioning is fitted as standard. Generator or inverter backup runs from 7pm to 10pm every evening. Common areas are cleaned regularly.

This is the most flexible option at Rilwan AJALA Homes, with tenancy terms from as little as 30 days up to a full year.
