A single room at Rilwan AJALA Homes is a fully private room for one person. No sharing. The room is yours alone, giving you the space to focus, rest, and live on your own terms.

Every single room comes with a smart TV, mirror, wardrobe, bed and mattress, air conditioning, and a table and chair. En suite and standard bathroom options are available across three price tiers.

Popular with young professionals, students, NYSC corps members, and anyone who wants privacy without paying premium mini flat prices.

Important Notes
